Cancellation policy and service charges: 

Cancellations affect us significantly so we adhere to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. 

At Be Medispa we are eager to meet your scheduling needs. All new patient appointments require a credit card authorization upon booking.  If cancellation occurs within the 24 hour time frame or if there is failure to show for an appointment, you may be charged the full amount of the booked service. Habitually missing appointments is grounds for dismissal from the practice. 

Be Medispa offers convenient appointment reminders via email/text messaging and by phone.

First Visit: A Be Medispa professional will begin with a consultation to determine your treatment plan. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your allotted appointment time to fill out your client profile. Additionally, a photographic analysis of your skin may be recommended which may add to your consulation time. Expectation: 30-40 minutes (consultation only) or 1-1.5 hours (with treatment)
